There are events you attend, and then there are experiences that make you stop for a moment and take in the room.

The launch of The Rose Society appears to have been one of those experiences.

Held at Evelyn Rose Studios in Atlanta, the inaugural Bloom Bar gathering introduced a new community centered around grown women making room for connection, self-expression, wellness and, quite simply, a good time. Looking through the images from the evening, what stands out first is the beauty of the women themselves—and then the thoughtfulness behind the environment they were invited into.

The assignment given to content creator, Denitra Michelle, was simple: come cute capture the moment. And apparently, she understood the assignment.

From floral prints and romantic silhouettes to shades of rose, yellow, gold and rich seasonal tones, the fashion became part of the experience. Guests arrived beautifully styled and, collectively, created an aesthetic that felt completely in step with The Rose Society.

There was intention in the way the women showed up, just as there was intention in the way the event itself had been designed. From the blooming balloon bar to the stunning floral and balloon arched backdrop designed by luxury event curator Glee Fete, every detail felt considered. The space was immaculate.

Denitra, who documented the evening, shared an observation with EVO that resonated with us.

She noted that the event seemed to be organized not so much around the founder's personal preferences, but rather around what the attending women might want to experience, enjoy, and take away from the day.

That distinction matters.

Founder Chanell joyfully poses in front of the vibrant Bloom Bar at The Rose Society launch event.

Because The Rose Society’s founder, Chanell, had already described the vision in her own words: creating a space where grown women could come together, get dressed, pour into themselves, experience something beautiful, laugh, connect, try something new—and have a good time.

And judging from the moments captured throughout the launch, that vision made its way from an idea into the room.

A Room Designed With Women in Mind

The first official Bloom Bar brought together experiences that encouraged guests to linger and participate. Women made bouquets, received massages, explored wellness treatments, took photos, met new people and enjoyed one another’s company.

For guests, it was an afternoon to experience. For Chanell, it was a glimpse of the community she had imagined.

And perhaps that is where the appeal of The Rose Society begins.

In her reflection after the event, Chanell wrote that watching the vision actually happen felt “kind of surreal.” She described seeing women hugging, laughing, creating bouquets, experiencing wellness treatments and connecting with people they had just met.

It is a telling reflection from a founder watching an idea become tangible.

The Fashion Was Part of the Conversation

The women came dressed.

That deserves its own moment.

There was something particularly striking about seeing the room captured in photographs: the coordinated colors, floral patterns, metallic accents and varying interpretations of the Rose Society aesthetic. No one seemed to disappear into the theme. Instead, each woman brought her own interpretation to it.

The result was cohesive without feeling overly uniform.

The fashion also reinforced something that is easy to overlook when discussing women’s gatherings: getting dressed can be part of the experience of caring for yourself. There is pleasure in choosing the outfit, stepping outside the ordinary and entering a room knowing you made an effort simply because you wanted to.

The Rose Society gave women a reason to do exactly that.

More Than a Pretty Room

Beautiful details can create an impression. Thoughtful experiences create a memory.

That seemed to be one of the strengths of the launch.

From the setting at Evelyn Rose Studios to the activations and participating brands, there was evidence of a larger consideration for how guests would move through the experience. The event was not simply a backdrop for photographs; the photographs became evidence of women participating in something.

That distinction comes through in the feedback shared online as well. One guest described the evening as a beautiful celebration of a new community in Atlanta, specifically noting the curated activations, sponsors and details throughout the space. Another post celebrated the women themselves—their beauty, their fashion and the energy they brought to the Bloom Bar.

There was clearly something happening beyond the décor.

An Experience Within the Experience

One of the more distinctive moments captured from the launch was the Spoiled & Sacred activation, created through a partnership between FEMMAGIC and The LussoEXPERIENCE.

The LussoEXPERIENCE, known for curating elevated luxury picnic experiences throughout Atlanta, transformed an outdoor area into an intimate, beautifully styled setting for the activation. Within that space, FEMMAGIC led guests through a relaxing candle ritual centered on welcoming the new season.

The collaboration created a moment that felt particularly aligned with the spirit of The Rose Society: beautiful surroundings paired with an opportunity to slow down, connect with yourself and experience something intentional.

FEMMAGIC later described the experience as “pure divine feminine pleasure,” while thanking The Rose Society founder Chanell and The LussoEXPERIENCE for bringing the activation together.

What makes this partnership especially interesting is that one experience became the setting for another. The LussoEXPERIENCE created the environment; FEMMAGIC brought the ritual. Together, they gave guests another way to engage with the afternoon beyond simply attending an event.

Making Room for More Women

One detail that deserves recognition is Chanel’ls decision to provide tickets to four single mothers.

It is a small gesture within the scale of producing an event, but a meaningful one within the larger idea behind The Rose Society. Creating community also means considering who gets the opportunity to participate in it.

That decision adds another layer to the idea of pouring into women. Sometimes that begins with something as simple as making sure another woman has a seat in the room.

The Beginning of Something

The launch may have been The Rose Society’s introduction to Atlanta, but Chanell has already made it clear that this is only the beginning.

Her post-event reflection ended with a simple sentiment: “We are JUST getting started.”

Looking at the photographs, the fashion, the laughter, the bouquets and the connections being made throughout the evening, it is easy to understand why the launch carried such significance for its founder.

The Rose Society began with a vision of grown women having a space to gather, get dressed, experience something beautiful and pour back into themselves.
